The 39-year-old Heart FM presenter spoke to Rochelle Humes for AOL's Being Mum – confessing that her love for sons Beau, seven, and three-year-old Tate often leaves her emotional.
Former Spice Girl Emma said: "I can cry at the drop of a hat. I go to their assemblies, I cry, I watch Beau on the football pitch and I cry.

"I am just one of those mothers where I'm totally emotional about it, because I am just so in love with both of them."
Emma has a good reason for being grateful for her boys: she was previously told she might never have children, and it took her and longterm partner Jade Jones a year to conceive Beau.
"I've always been very broody," Emma continued. "I've always loved being around my cousins and my nieces and nephews so it was a big thing for me.

"So at 25, when I did have a scare, they told me it would be 50/50 whether I would be able to have children, it broke my heart.
"It literally broke my heart, and I was frightened. I was lucky. Because of obviously all the health scares, I just didn't know whether it was going to be possible."
