The 25-year-old medical student will return to full-time education in September – and she's taking their baby girl Amelia with her.
Pete, 41, will be heading off on tour around the same time, and has admitted they are both going to find it 'tough'.

Writing in his UK magazine column, he said: "She was nervous, but she only has three months until she's a fully qualified doctor.
"Ems is my bestie. We don't go anywhere without talking all the time."
Luckily for Pete, his tour is taking him close to where Emily's parents home, where she will be staying while studying.
He continued: "September is gonna be tough as Ems and my little munchkin are going back to Somerset. The good news is that the first half of my tour is down south so I'll be near Taunton, where Emily's family is."
One thing Pete isn't worried about is Emily returning to a typical partying university lifestyle.
He added: "Ems isn't a big drinker, she's been there and done that. But she is going back in September so we'll see what happens – ha ha."

Emily has been enjoying time with Amelia and Pete’s other children, Junior, nine, and seven-year-old Princess, from his marriage to Katie Price.
The gang went to Thorpe Park, but unfortunately Pete was unable to join them as he was filming his new adverts for Iceland.
