Opening up to OK! Magazine, the 31 year old said, "Unfortunately, I think the stigma around being a young mum can still exist, but it’s wrong and nobody should judge you for the age you decide to have children.

"I was 24 when I had Millie, which I still count as quite young. It’s really challenging and the last thing you need is people giving you dirty looks!"

Emily has been with husband Peter Andre since around 2010. The couple were married in 2015 and now have two children together, Amelia, seven, and Theo, four.

The doctor went on to add that she actually had a "positive experience" as a young mum with Amelia, joking that, in the past, 24 would have been fairly late to be having your first child.

Yep, Daphne in Bridgerton is meant to be 21 when she meets the Duke, so she would have beaten Emily in the baby race by a fair few years.

"Attitudes have only recently changed," she said.
