If you thought that we’d seen the last of Harry Potter’s wizarding world then you thought wrong. Studios are now in talks to adapt Harry Potter spin off book Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Not only is there another Harry Potter movie on the way, but insiders claim that Oscar wining actor Eddie Redmayne is in talks to play zoologist Newt Scamander.
An insider told The Sun: “Eddie hasn’t received an official offer yet but he’s very much No 1 choice for David Yates, who is directing the trilogy.
“The films will always attract huge numbers of Potter fans but he thinks that with someone like Eddie on board they could be even bigger.
“One thing is for sure, the role will be a huge money-spinner.”
The Harry Potter movies made millions at the box office, enchanting fans around the world and making the likes of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Tom Felton household names.
