Natalie Cassidy has revealed she is expecting a child with her fiancé Mark Humphreys. The former EastEnders actress – who already has one daughter with her ex Adam Cottrell – made her announcement on Twitter.
“Evening all... Time to let everybody know that @cameramarc and I are having a baby in the summer. The three musketeers become four,” Natalie tweeted to her followers.
A spokesperson for Natalie, 32, added: “She is really happy.”
It seems Natalie really is getting her happy ending now. After a very public split with Adam in 2013, where he twice admitted he had been physically abusive towards Natalie, she later found love again with Mark – who worked on the BBC One soap opera as a camera man.
Last December, insiders told Closer that Natalie really wanted to start a family with Mark.
“She’s hinted that she may be ready to be a mum again, as she'd love a brother or sister for Eliza,” our source said. “She and Marc have spoken about starting a family when they're settled in their new home.'
“Finding love with Marc has given her a whole new lease of life.”
We’re so happy for you, Nat!
