Ruth Langsford has vowed never to leave her husband Eamonn Holmes because she thinks a potential spilt could be waaaay to traumatic - but not just for the two This Morning presenters.
She revealed they wouldn't ever split for the sake of their beloved pooch, Maggie.
The telly couple, who have a teenage son together, made the admission during a segment on This Morning that involved Maggie choosing to run towards either mummy or daddy.
Can you guess who she chose?
It was both of them!
Ruth later announced: “We can’t ever split up because she was very torn.”
To which Eamonn responded: “Torn between two lovers…. You bribed her with biscuits or something!”
Whilst discussing the familiar dilemma of couples sharing custody of their pets after they’ve spilt, the pair decided that it just wouldn’t be worth the hassle.
So they’re going to stay together forever!
An online poll on This Morning’s official Twitter account asked viewers who Maggie officially chose: 41% chose Ruth, 39% decided the dog couldn’t choose and 20% thought Eamonn was the clear winner.
