Dragon’s Den businessman and entrepreneur, Duncan Bannatyne, has proposed to his girlfriend during a lavish holiday in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
The famous gym and spa owner got down on one knee and asked Nigora Whitehorn to marry him after just ten months of dating.
The pair recently set off for some sun, sea and relaxation and were spotted during the intimate moment by onlookers. The engagement ring from the wealthy businessman is said to have set him back £40,000.
Taking to social media to confirm the news, Duncan said: “It’s true @wnigora_nigora & I are now officially engaged.”
Many fans have taken to Twitter to wish the couple well and congratulate them on the next step of their relationship.
Duncan, who has been married twice before, and Nigora, who is also divorced, gained a lot of media attention when they first became an item. Many people had negative things to say about the beautiful mum-of-one with the millionaire who is 31 years her senior. Duncan and met the former dental receptionist last year while waiting to receive some filling treatments.
Although he didn’t get the chance to speak to her at the time, he told The Mirror: “When I went home I couldn’t stop thinking about her, I felt obsessed! I felt in love with her.”
