The Sale Sharks player was taken to a West London police station yesterday after his Mercedes collided with a Toyota at around 4am on Monday.
The 27-year-old was given a breath test following the accident, and was released on bail after his arrest.
A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said: ‘Police were called at approximately 5.15am on Monday, 1 June to reports of two cars in collision in Imperial Road, SW6.
‘No reports of any injuries.
‘The cars involved were a silver Toyota Prius and a black Mercedes C63.
‘The driver of the Mercedes, a 27-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
‘He was taken to a West London police station where he was later released on police bail. Return date to be confirmed.’
This isn't the first time Kelly Brook's ex has been involved in a traffic incident. In 2013 he was hit by a bus while on a night out with team mates.
The rugby player starred for England in the weekend's win over the Barbarians, and is hopeful for a place in this year's Rugby World Cup.
