The 41-year-old took to Twitter to reveal Kai, 18, had returned home, after going away just before Christmas.
She wrote: "Got my Kai home with me today I'm so happy haven't seen him since 3 days before Christmas.. Feel so happy xx [sic]"
Just hours before that, Danniella tweeted that she was going to collect both of her children – she is also mum to 13-year-old Jody, from her relationship with Kevin Jenkins. Kai's dad is Robert Fernandez, who Danniella split from in 1998.
"Slept like a baby last night off 2 collect my kids.. @AnthonyCosta are you up for a culpa later. I need to snuggle that beautiful baby [sic]"
Danniella recently revealed money problems have left her homeless, and she and boyfriend Tom Richards, 24, have hinted that a move to Swansea could be on the cards.
She retweeted a post from cage fighter Tom, which urged a Swansea–based Estate Agents to call them.
The former EastEnders actress later tweeted: "I'm in Swansea from the 2nd @mustbejp [Jon Partridge, aka Christian from EastEnders] will u be around xxx [sic]"
