The 41-year-old made the shock revelation this week that she’s lost her home and is living in sheltered accommodation and apparently thinks the Channel 5 reality show the only way out of her mess.
A source told the Daily Star: “Danniella sees Celebrity Big Brother as her only option now. She hates to leave her kids, but she needs cash… and fast.”
Former EastEnders star Danniella made the confession on Twitter, before appearing on This Morning to reveal the extent of her problems.
She said: “This year has been the worst year of my life. I’ve lost all work, we’re in a bedsit, I go to food banks – I’ve messed up.
“It’s a car crash. And I have to say, I thought that nearly losing my life was the worst point of my life, but I think that this year has been the worst year that I have ever had.
“I always think if you mess up, the best way is to put your hands up and say I’ve done wrong. There’s no point keep sweeping things under the carpet.”
This latest stroke of bad luck for the mum—of-two comes after she admitted to being back on cocaine earlier this year.
Danniella, who previously lost her septum due to her addiction to the class A drug, also confessed to sleeping with her drug dealer while on holiday in Magaluf.
