The 41-year-old recently revealed money problems have resulted in her losing her home. She and son Kai, 17, and 12-year-old daughter Jody are now living in sheltered accommodation.

Former EastEnders star Danniella took to Twitter to hit back at false claims, insisting: “My daughter is on a sleep over I have not given her away & she is not being taken off me ! Stop with this slander #enough [sic]”

She also dismissed rumours she had been on a shopping spree, despite losing her home.

During a trip to Brentwood with Jody and former fiancé Tom Richards, 24, Danniella was photographed leaving Joey Essex’ boutique Fusey carrying shopping bags.

She raged: “I WAS NOT OUT SHOPPING @JoeyEssex_ Gave my daughter a present 4 Xmas #Sorry [sic].

“Were not having a Christmas this year… Is that broke ENOUGH for a YOU! [sic].

“I was taking my daughter to meet joey Essex I didn’t spend any money !! [sic].”

Although Danniella explained she didn’t spend any money, she was quickly hit with accusations that she was out for freebies.

She replied:”I don’t get hand outs and I’m trying my best. Keep ya mouth shut and butt out ya mug [sic].”
