Former Eastenders actress Danniella Westbrook has spoken of her outrage after ex fiancé Tom Richards was released without charge after allegedly assaulting her.
Cage fighter Tom, 25, was arrested and questioned by police over claims that he assaulted and harassed his ex-girlfriend.
As spokeswoman from the police force said: "A 25 year-old man arrested on suspicion of ABH, common assault and harassment has been released from his bail without charge due to insufficient evidence."
According to the Mirror, the star tweeted Essex Police yesterday, writing: "So you can beat a woman beat her kid try & kill yourself in front of her child threaten &stalk her & police drop all charges @EssexPoliceUK".
The professional MMA fighter wrote on his own Twitter page: "There's always three sides to every story's Your Ex's side, the media's side and the truth.............. TBC ;-)"
A rep for Tom declined to comment.
Danniella, 41, and ex tomboy Tom started dating last year shortly after the actress’s marriage broke down.
She then suffered a relapse into her drug addiction before flying out to America to receive treatment in a private rehab facility.
