The 30-year-old had been dating nightclub owner George Panayoitou for a few months, but he apparently ended their relationship this week.
Mum-of-two Danielle posted to Twitter on Wednesday that she was 'having one of the worst days of her life'.
Following her split from Jamie, after it was reported he'd been unfaithful with two women, Danielle got close to George.
It was later claimed that he'd begged her not to go through with her wedding to Jamie while she was on her hen night in 2012.
A source told a British magazine: "He warned her not to marry Jamie on her hen-night when she partied at his Liverpool club Playground.
"Since then he has waited for Danielle as he wanted to be with her, and since her split from Jamie they have developed an amazing connection and have so much in common."
Danielle, who has three sons with Jamie, George, Archie and Harry, has been spending time with her brother Matt to get through the tough time.
She posted a picture to Instagram, writing: "Buzzin my bro @mattylloyd_86 come to stay with me to cheer me up"
