The 30-year-old filed for divorce after learning that her husband Jamie had allegedly cheated on herwith two women just two years into their marriage.

Despite initially wanting to work on her marriage, the former glamour girl reportedly decided differently when TOWIE star Maria Fowler told Closer that Jamie had tried to kiss her.

'Her decision comes with a heavy heart, as she desperately wanted to make the marriage work,' a spokesperson for Danielle told the The Sun.

Not long after the couple separated in September, Maria told Closer she had been on a night out when Jamie made a pass at her.

'Jamie stayed in the cab until the hotel, saying he wanted to eat there. He tried to kiss me, but I told him to go home. I made it clear I wasn't interested in him,' she said.

'Initially [Danielle] was really livid and called me the c-word. She said she felt betrayed and was really angry. But I've been in contact with her since and, after explaining myself over and over, she seems to finally believe I'm telling the truth.'

Danielle and Jamie, 27, who have three sons Archie, four, Harry, three and one-year-old George together, will have their case heard in Family Court in London.
