Daniella Westbrook in shock after burglars target her home: ‘There’s nothing left not even a knife or fork’

Former Eastenders actress Daniella Westbrook has tweeted about her shock after finding that her home had been ransacked by thieves.

A very upset Daniella wrote on her twitter page: ‘One room trashed , walls used as urinal, windows and doors smashed , nothing left not even a knife or fork! #scumbags.’

The 40-year-old star also posted a picture of her home, which had been left trashed by the burglars but she later took it down.

She also wrote: ‘Upset don’t cut it! My daughter is beside herself!’

Daniella cancelled her appearance on Channel 5 topical debate show The Wright Stuff and took to Twitter to apologise to fans.

‘So sorry I won’t b on @5WrightStuff today .. Still trying to sort the mess of the house out & deal with the police. #SadTimes#NastyPeople.’

Fans showed their support for the actress.

One fan wrote: ‘Was sorry to hear about this. Horrible. I hope they get caught and a good kicking. Animals.’

Daniella also thanked the police for their efforts following the raid. ‘Can't thank @essexpolice enough for everything they did last night, dogs, helicopters and amazing response to the people wreaking my house.’

The actress has had a turbulent time lately. Along with the burglary Daniella has also recently split with her husband of 12 years, Kevin Jenkins.
