Dan Osborne, 23, and EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa, 21, had only recently rekindled their 3-month relationship when they announced she was pregnant.

However the TOWIE star has revealed that Megan Tomlin, his ex-girlfriend and mother to his son Teddy, is not happy about the news.

Speaking with Star magazine, he said: "It's a really difficult situation. It's not easy for Megan.

"I'm obviously in the middle but I'm trying to do the best I can for her, Jacqueline and of course Teddy. We are trying to work through it all together," he added.

Megan – who discovered she was pregnant with Dan's child four weeks after they decided to split – has admitted hearing the news upset her.

She tweeted: "I can not believe the audacity of some people.. shocking."

The mum-of-one later added: "It's all a bit raw. But it's done now. It's in the past.

"We're just going to keep it between us all."

Meanwhile sources have claimed that Jacqueline and Dan's relationship is on the rocks, with one insisting that it is the Essex lad's relationship with Megan that is causing trouble.

They told Heat: "Dan's got a great relationship with his ex and I think he's always held a bit of a torch for her.

"He does love Jacqueline and will support her through her pregnancy, but it seems like it's the baby that's keeping them together."

However a close friend of Jac's has dismissed the claims, insisting the couple are absolutely 'fine'.
