The 30-year-old Corrie star and actress Amy, 23, have been together for seven months, but it is thought their busy schedules spelled the end for them.

While Ryan is based in Manchester, playing Jason Grimshaw on the ITV soap, Amy spends a lot of her time in India filming her new movie 'I'.
A source told The Mirror: "Sadly they have split up. They both tried to make it work but it just ended up proving too difficult due to their busy work schedules, which meant they couldn't spend any real time together.
"Amy is often in India for long periods working on her films and that only added to the frustration. It's a real shame but they'll remain friends."
While a spokesperson for Ryan has refused to comment on the reports, he did hit back at stories of a split back in September.
Taking to Twitter at the time, he insisted the story of their split was 'made up' and said he and Amy were 'very happy together'.
Despite only getting together in April this year, Ryan and Amy first met in 2010 when he was judging a Miss England competition she was competing in.
This was Ryan's first serious relationship after his split from fellow Corrie star Tina O'Brien, who he has a five-year-old daughter with.
