They’re never far from drama, with Wayne Rooney’s gambling having been under the spotlight after blowing £500,000 in a two-hour Casino spree in May, and wife Coleen hitting back at online trolls blasting her weight gain before she’d announced her pregnancy last month. But the pair were sensationally forced to weather another storm last week when Wayne was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.

It’s believed the footballer had been out with pals at a bar just five miles from the £6million mansion he shares with Coleen, and their kids Kai, seven, four-year-old Klay and Kit, one, when he was pulled over. And sources close to the pair say it’s caused friction between them at a time when Coleen is trying to stay as stress-free as possible.
A source says: "Coleen is humiliated by the reports of Wayne’s arrest, and that his name has been dragged through the mud again. They’ve had a great summer spending lots of quality time together on holidays and enjoying the start of her pregnancy, and getting their relationship back on track, and now this has come along and shaken her trust in him again. But she’s vowed they can get through this together."
