How are you coping with being a new mum and everything that entails?
I’m absolutely loving it, honestly Nelly is perfect. I couldn’t be more happy! It’s been great that I see Nelly all the time and I can still do projects around that. I have new product line coming out next year as well, watch this space!

Do you ever struggle to find time to eat right and exercise with a little baby to look after? How do you get round that?
I haven’t got my pre-pregnancy body yet but I do try and do a few sit ups and squats whenever I have a spare minute to myself which doesn’t happen a lot!

How do you and Greg keep the spark alive with such busy schedules?
We see each other all the time which is great, I think that if things do get busy schedule wise then we always make sure we have dinner together. If we’re working in the day we’ll have dinner or if we’re both working in the evening we try and spend some time together in the day. With Nelly he’s been great with her if I had to go and film.
What’s one piece of advice you would have for new mums who want to get fit after having kids?
I would say don’t overthink it, there’s no need to rush back into your pre-pregnancy size jeans. Enjoy the time you have with your kid, but try and eat healthily to keep your energy levels up.

What do you think of Gemma’s early exit from the jungle, do you think you would have lasted longer?
I think she’s a fighter so I was surprised she left the jungle so soon, it must be a lot harder than it seems. She’s been through a lot and I’m nothing but supportive with her decisions.
What do you want for christmas this year?
I’d love some Jo Malone candles, fun things for Nelly to play with and to just have a lovely time with my family!
And what are your plans for 2015?
I’ll be doing my Signature Range with My Babiie as that’s now going to be stocked with Mothercare which I’m really excited about. Nelly loves the range too!
