It has been confirmed that showbiz legend Cilla Black has passed away at the age of 72.
The entertainer died at her home in Marbella, Spain.
A Spanish police spokesman confirmed her death in a statement: “I can confirm the death of British national Priscilla White, aged 72.”
“We are still awaiting autopsy results but everything at this stage is pointing towards her death being the result of natural causes.”
It is not yet known what caused the showbiz veteran’s death, but the star is known to suffer from hearing problems and arthritis.
The singer, actress and TV presenter became a household name in the 60s, partying with the likes of the Beatles in her younger years.
Younger generations will know Cilla as Queen of Saturday night TV in her role as host of Blind Date and Surprise Surprise.
Cilla survives by her three sons Robert, Jack and Ben.
