The 32-year-old took a year out as a judge on The Voice to spend more time with her son Max, and it looks like she used that time to get an even more jaw-droppingly hot body.
Whilst we loved the singer’s curves, a source close to the star said that her post-baby weight loss had been depressing her.
So how did she do it?
Diet
The mother-of-one followed the 1,600-calorie Fresh Diet premium meal-delivery plan, which uses garden fresh (and never frozen) ingredients to make healthy, low sugar and low sodium meals.
Consisting of 3 meals, 2 snacks and 2 sides usually amounting to 1200- 1400 calories, the plan includes multigrain pancakes, whole wheat French toast, salmon, couscous, tomato soup, mango stuffed pork loin, shrimps, passion fruit yoghurt mousse, oatmeal cookies and coffee & coconut brownies.
Exercise
As well as practising yoga, Christina has regular workout sessions with personal trainer Tee Sorge.
Following a 10-20 minute walk or run on the treadmill, the Beautiful singer works her biceps and triceps with weight training, as well as doing 350-500 sit-ups, push-ups and lunges.
Phew!
Tip
The Dirrty star’s secret is cutting ‘ whites’ from her meals, including white rice, flours and sugars.
