She's just a week old, but Luna, newborn baby daughter of model Chrissy Teigen and soul sensation John Legend is proving to be a social media queen already.

Chrissy posted a number of Snaps yesterday showing off her and John's new little bundle of gorgeousness, Luna Simone Stephens.

Chrissy, who often posts funny short vids to Instagram, shared this snap on her Instagram and sarcastically captioned it "#NoFilter" as she is quite clearly wearing the Snapchat floral headband, while little Luna snuggles up fast asleep on her chest:

30-year-old Chrissy announced the birth of her new baby last week on Instagram, with an image of a screen displaying the baby's weight. She captioned the snap "She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy. ❤️👶🏽😍".

Chrissy later shared this pic of her and her tiny baby daughter chilling at what looks like might be their home in LA.

But the cutest of them all? Daddy John Legend shared this GORGEOUS snap of baby Luna on her own - the first in which we can see tiny Luna with her eyes open! He left the image captionless - as does this adorable tiny tot really need a caption?

We're just so happy that we get to see this super cute early pics of baby Luna, who the couple conceived through the help of IVF treatment.
