Chloe Madeley has made no secret of her love of fitness, so it came as no surprise when the 27-year-old took to Twitter over the weekend to upload two sexy selfies displaying her impressive physique.

Richard Madeley's daughter, who appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2011, posted a snapshot of her toned body on Twitter, writing: "Good morning tweeps! Yup, #GirlsThatLift innit"

She then posted a second, focusing attention on her pert bottom, insisting: "Selfie round 2: Also, i would like to point out that you don't need butt implants, you need leg day. #GirlsThatLift"

Chloe then headed off for an intense workout at the gym - something which we commend her for doing on that sweltering hot weekend!

Last year, Chloe launched a fitness and nutrition website, FitnessFondue, with her boyfriend Danny Young.

On the couples’ site, Chloe explains she got into fitness after Danny ‘managed to teach her body abs in 3 weeks – an achievement she never thought possible with her body type.’

And, speaking with Health Magazine, Chloe revealed that - since obtaining fitness qualifications - she's taken on several female clients as a personal trainer.

She said: "Now I am a qualified trainer myself, I have my own goals and theories. I have 14 clients so I am an active personal trainer.

"I train five clients a day Monday to Sunday and I also train myself. All of my clients are girls."

Speaking about body confidence, Chloe added: "I think you have to find whatever makes you happy and whatever benefits you mentally and physically, and that’s where confidence comes from for me.

"I have always struggled with anxiety and I found that lifting weights and challenging myself has made me stronger mentally."

More and more celebrities are ditching cardio in favour of picking up the heavy weights nowadays.

Speaking in her book The Fat Burn Revolution, Julia Buckley revealed that weight lifting is a great way to burn fat, boost confidence and obtain a great physique.

She said: "While dieting and some other types of exercise can leave women's bodies skinny and saggy, training with heavy weights creates a sexy, shapely physique - and who doesn't want sculpted abs and a firm butt?"
