Chloe Madeley: ‘I’ve given up preaching fitness to my parents – they’re lost causes’

Chloe Madeley tells Closer why she's stopped trying to whip Richard and Judy into shape

She transformed her body three years ago when she developed a love of the gym, and has since qualified as a personal trainer and launched her own fitness website.

But Chloe, who runs health website Fitnessfondue.com, insists she doesn’t like to preach her healthy lifestyle to others – particularly her famous TV presenter parents Richard Madeley, 59, and Judy Finnigan, 67.

She says: “My parents are proud, but Mum doesn’t find my muscular body attractive. I’ve stopped preaching the virtues of exercise and clean-eating [avoiding processed food and anything that contains sugar] to them. They’re lost causes and I was becoming irritating!”
