Cheryl Cole reveals her exercise and diet tips

And now the 30-year-old has revealed her advice to staying healthy and in shape.

Speaking to a fashion website, Cheryl Cole revealed she doesn’t diet but ensures she eats sensibly- when she’s not battling her sweet tooth that is!

‘I don't follow any strict diets, I just eat sensibly,’ the Girls Aloud star revealed.

‘I'm not eating McDonald's or pizza every day, but I do allow myself one cheat day a week, normally a Sunday.

‘I have a really sweet tooth. I love cupcakes doughnuts and basically anything that's really bad for you,’ she admitted.

The Newcastle-born singer, who has been dating American dancer Tre Holloway since last year, also revealed that she uses celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson’s workout method.

When she’s not keeping in shape through her grueling dance routines on tour, the former X Factor judge exercises with a trainer, as well as at home.

‘I'm still doing the Tracy Anderson Method. I see a trainer and they change the programme after every 10 sessions. I also use the DVD at home.’

And it seems the Fight for this Love singer may also be trying to wean herself of cigarettes in a bid to get healthier.

Chezza posted a picture of herself holding a blueberry-flavoured e- cigarette last month, which are said to have less of the harmful tar and carbon monoxide found in cigarettes.
