The singer, 30, complimented her ‘glowing’ BFF and revealed she’s ‘so happy’ about becoming a mother.
Speaking to Emma Bunton on Heart FM, Cheryl said: “She’s got the big bump, she’s doing that breathing thing that pregnant ladies do, I love it!”
Geordie Cheryl admitted to waiting by the phone each time Kimberley, 32, has a scan, adding: “We’ve talked about this for 10 years.”
The pair are so close, Cheryl said, that she knew Kimberley was pregnant before she even told her.
She said: “I knew something was off with her, I was aware at the time, and she was so like, ‘When are you back, I miss you?’ OK we always miss each other but this was, something was ringing in my head.”
When Emma, 38, asked if Cheryl was planning having children of her own, she replied: “Not too soon, let’s do the album first! Maybe next time I come in, maybe in a few years, I can show you pictures.”
Cheryl is getting ready to release her third solo album later this year, and last night the former Girls Aloud star performed her new single Crazy Stupid Love during the final of Britain’s Got Talent.
After showing off her amazing body during the performance, Cheryl revealed her fitness secrets to Emma.
She said: “I do work out, I do the Tracy Anderson method. She’s a woman from America, who did a program specifically for women.
“She works your small muscles to make you lean and toned rather than bulky, because I can get muscly really quick because I used to dance when I was little. She’s amazing, she’s partners with Gwyneth Paltrow.”
