Well actually, the 24-year-old admitted to guzzling the cream liquor by the PINT!
Geordie Shore star Charlotte has transformed her body and released a record-breaking fitness DVD, and to get there she had to give up the Baileys.
Appearing on This Morning, Charlotte said: "I cut it down, I was drinking pints of Baileys before. I love Baileys so much. You can imagine my stomach would have been curdling like mad. It was so bad!"
But Charlotte, who has dropped two and half stone, admitted giving up her treats wasn't the hardest part.
She said: "It was the exercise I found difficult at first. Before I didn't do any exercise.
"I did not want to go to the gym, I felt intimated as I didn't know what I was doing and I felt like people were staring at me."
She joked to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: "The exercise was difficult at first but I'm so string now, I could carry you both on my back!"
Her DVD 3 Minute Belly Blitz sold an impressive 101k copies in just a month, making it the fastest-selling fitness DVD ever.
"It makes me feel so proud," Charlotte gushed. "I'm an inspiration now and people say to me, 'You've inspired me to do it!'"
Charlotte Crosby shares her diet and fitness tips
Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby on how she shed the pounds and achieved her dream body!
All exercise is good, but short intense bursts – like boxercise - burn more calories than slower, longer things like walking or jogging. Great if you don’t have much time to work out, and it’s more fun!
Ditch the baggy tops! I used to hide behind mine and kid myself into thinking I wasn’t that big.
If you fall off the wagon, don’t just think ‘sod it, I’ve screwed up so I’ll eat the entire fridge now’. Everyone has a bad day (or night!). Just start fresh the next day.
Eat protein for breakfast. I have a poached egg on toast or an egg and a piece of grilled bacon. It fills you up more than cereal so stops you reaching for a mid-morning biscuit.
Exercise every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. It’ll rev up your metabolism, make you feel good and burn calories. I’m always busy, so my DVD is just three minute exercise routines. Try something to get your out of breath, like lunges or squats.
Eat soup. It fills you up, is low in calories, and you can pack it with vegetables so it’s full of nutrients.
Hang out with fitties! If you’re trying to lose weight, surround yourself with healthy mates. Don’t let big partying and junk food-munching friends tempt you with their bad habits.
"Go fishytarian for a week. There are fewer calories in fish than meat, so try switching them. Fish is full of protein and healthy fats."
Keep an apple and carrot sticks in your handbag so you’re not tempted to buy junk food if you get hungry when you’re out.
Photo bomb a diet buddy! Health kicks are easier to stick to if you’re doing it with a friend. Take a photo of everything you eat for a day and send it to them. It’ll make you both think twice about cheating.
