They were the child stars of the Charlie Bit My Finger viral video when it hit the web 10 years ago.
But brothers Harry and Charlie Davies-Carr look very different a decade on.
The siblings appeared on This Morning with their parents today to talk about life after they rose to fame after the clip spread across the internet.
And viewers couldn’t believe how much the boys had changed, with one viewer tweeting: “Definitely feeling my age seeing the two boys grown up from the Charlie but my finger video!!!”
Another viewer wrote: “Omg the Charlie bit my finger boys have grown up so much.”
And someone else remarked: “I still can’t believe it’s been 10 years since the Charlie but my finger video, I actually remember watching it in my Gran’s.”
During today’s television appearance, Charlie and Harry’s father said he was just filming the boys going about their business when they unexpectedly put on a cute show.
Their dad uploaded the video to YouTube as a private clip so he could share it with their family but as more family members wanted to see the video, he changed it from private to public.
It did not take long for the clip to explode across the internet as people shared it with their friends, leading it to rack up millions of views.
The 55-second video has now amassed more than 850million views and Charlie and Harry’s parents say that, while it hasn’t changed their day-to-day life, revenue and other opportunities that arose from the clip have enabled them to afford a bigger family and to put their four children through private school.
