Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes has opened up about a scary encounter with TOWIE’s Gemma Collins that left her horrified.
Speaking to New! Magazine, the 28-year-old describes that Gemma went “mental” on a shoot for plus size models.
She said: “She is so scary. I thought she was going to punch me one time at a photoshoot.
“We had to link arms and she went mental shouting ‘I’m not a lesbian!’
“I was like, ‘Please don’t beat me up.’”
Describing Gemma as “the only big lady left”, the mum-of-one also spoke about how she’s obsessed with seeing celebs weight loss transformations just as much as their followers.
Speaking on Lisa Riley’s phenomenal transformation, she said: “I’m obsessed with following her [Lisa Riley] since she’s lost all that weight. She’s literally halved herself.”
Previously talking to Closer about her weight gain, Chanelle explained that she’s finally happy with her body at it’s biggest size yet: “I’m really embracing my body – why should there be so much emphasis on weight? You can look and feel good at any size!”
After famously shedding a whopping four stone in 2014, she has now gone exchanged her size 8 frame for a size 16, weighing in at 14 stones.
She told Closer: “My priorities have changed. Blakely is at school and I’d rather be at home with him in the evening than at the gym. There are more important things in life than what size you are.”
Truer words have never been spoken!
Of course that’s never stopped critics attacking her online, but feisty Chanelle always has the perfect response.
