Taking to her Twitter late on Monday, Hayes informed her followers that she was being sent abusive messages by her former partner after she ‘followed someone new on Instagram.’

Shockingly, Chanelle said messages sent to her also contained threats Tweed would sell stories about her.

‘And the blackmail continues’ wrote Chanelle, ‘now it’s: I will sell a story on you if you don’t do as I ask.. Sell away. The truth is on my side.’

The star then announced that not only has she been receiving messages from her ex but his mum has also been wading in following their love split.
