Intimate pictures of Nick- son of former WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan- were uploaded online just weeks after nude photos of several female celebrities were stolen and posted onto 4Chan.

TMZ has reported that the images of Nick, 24, are “voluminous and graphic”.

The website also claims that they suspect many of the pictures were taken whilst Nick was still in high school.

Though most news outlets have refused to publish the photos, many private pictures of Nick- and actresses such as Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton- have remained on Youtube and large search engines.

Since the theft of the private photos and subsequent publication, Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer has filed a lawsuit against Internet giant Google blaming them for "blatantly unethical behaviour".

'WHY DID THEY HAVE NAKED PHOTOS LIKE THIS ANYWAY?'- WHY VICTIM BLAMING HAS TO STOP

Singer- along with lawyers Larry Page and Eric Schmidt- claim that Google acted "expeditiously, and responsibly to remove the images, but in knowingly accommodating, facilitating, and perpetuating the unlawful conduct."

The document also added: "Google is making millions and profiting from the victimisation of women."

A Google spokesperson responded, telling the Mirror: "We've removed tens of thousands of pictures - within hours of the requests being made - and we have closed hundreds of accounts. The Internet is used for many good things. Stealing people’s private photos is not one of them”.
