Where do you shop?

At any of the supermarkets near me – Asda, M&S, Waitrose or the organic deli Fresh & Wild. I shop most days so food doesn’t just sit in my fridge going off.

What is your typical daily diet?

Because I start at 4.30am I have tea and Special K or a toasted bagel and jam at work, although I once had Ferrero Rocher because I had nothing in! Lunch can be a chicken wrap and soup, or I’ll just wait till dinner and have a big tuna Niçoise salad. I eat puds now and then and snack on biscuits or cakes if I’m tired.

Do you ever diet?

No, I’ve always been about a size 8-10 and rarely fluctuate. I don’t weigh myself, but I think I’m curvier now than I was in my early 20s.

What food won’t you eat?

Black pudding, offal or processed meat.

What’s your favourite comfort food?

Green and Black’s Butterscotch chocolate or toast with butter and jam.

What do you cook to impress a man?

I’ve been making Thai green curry from scratch – which my boyfriend Alex seems to enjoy!

What’s your favourite drink?

A cup of tea, or a Bloody Mary if I’m out.

NUTRITIONIST CATHERINE MATTHEWS SAYS:

“Lucy doesn’t always manage to eat regular meals due to her working hours, but she can plan around work to ensure she is eating healthily. Instead of snacking on sugary, processed foods, she will have more energy and feel fuller if she sticks to low GI snacks, such as nuts, crackers, dried apricots and popcorn, which raise blood sugar levels more slowly.”

FRIDGE HEALTH RATING: 8/10
