Sam Faiers recently welcomed her firstborn baby - a beautiful boy, Paul - with her partner, also named Paul!

Sitting down with ITV’s Lorraine, the Essex girl explained that her life has turned completely upside down since meeting her man.

And all for the better, naturally!

Sam said: “[It has changed] massively and especially in the last year, since meeting Paul it’s just been like this wonderful, but crazy whirlwind and now we’ve got a baby and we’re a family.”

When asked whether she misses appearing in The Only Way Is Essex, Sam admitted that she genuinely doesn’t - although she did add that she has nothing but fond memories of her TOWIE days.

She said: “I’m probably far too happy to miss it but I still do look back at it and think ‘wow what an amazing time that was’ and I still watch the show.

“My sister’s still on it so I’m still a fan of the show.”

Sam added: “Obviously I’m still friends with Jessica and Gemma, I’ve been supporting her since she went in Big Brother.”

And, naturally, that got Lorraine onto the topic of Sam’s own experience on Celebrity Big Brother.

The pretty blonde was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease whilst living in the house, which tarnished her experience - so it’s no wonder that so many fans are calling for her to go back on the reality show.

But is there any truth to the rumours?

Sam said: “I made it to the final which I can’t believe I did because I was so poorly in there. I don't know how they managed to get much footage of me together.

“But it’s funny you say that because I was with my mum last night and we were both watching Big Brother and I said to her ‘it’s such a shame that my experience was so different to everybody elses’.

“I would love to go back and have done it, not go back but you know what I mean, as in the time that I was in there if only...

“I could have been myself and I wasn’t poorly.”

Deciding on her next career move, Sam said: “I’m not sure, I’m going to keep my options open.

“I’ve been off telly for more than two years and I’ve had like a nice break from it and then obviously we’ve got The Baby Diaries on Sunday.

“I’d like to do more TV this year but I don’t know what route I’d like to go down yet.”
