On Monday's episode of the reality show, professional dancer James Jordan took Ricci aside to warn Lauren may be using him to gain popularity with the public.

'I'll tell you something, home truth. No matter how drunk my wife got she would never behave like that. Never ever,' says James, as he spoke of Lauren's drunken antics in the pool.

'I don't want you to get hurt mate…the only time she's all over you is when she's had a drink.'

Ricci had confided in James his true feelings for Goodger, saying: 'That's the girl I'm looking at and I feel like I might get in a relationship with and I care about her so so much.'

But the Geordie Shore star agreed that he felt Lauren was 'playing games' to try and stay in the show.

'I believe she's doing it because she's up for nomination. It's a horrible thing to do, it's a bit of a coincidence. Just be careful mate' warned James.

Lauren accidentally exposed herself in the swimming pool that evening due to her flimsy swimwear, with Ricci warning her she was about to 'pop out.' Lauren ignored his warnings, seemingly enjoying the attention.

Shortly after this, Ricci excused himself and left the pool.
