“I’m Gemma Collins. I’m 34. I’ve earned my divaship.”
But has Gemma Collins earned the right to charge young fans money for photos with her? Because that’s what she’s allegedly been doing.
According to former Big Brother contestant Alex Sibley, who shot to fame with Jade Goody in 2002, The GC asked for £12 before taking picture with his friend’s daughter.

Alex tweeted: “Gemma Collins charged my friend’s daughter £12 for this selfie.
“In my day, I never charged people even if it was annoying. The people that wanted my autograph or selfie made me popular and got me work.”
And Alex’s followers were quick to respond with their alleged run-ins with former TOWIE star Gemma.
One wrote: “This happened to my cousins daughter and friend! But it was £15! The poor kids were only 8/9 yrs old! [sic].”

Another added: “Lmao I’ll never forget the time Gemma Collins tried charging me 10£ for a selfie [sic].”
But Gemma’s rep has dismissed Alex’s claims. He told OK! magazine: “[She] spends a lot of time styling and assisting customers in her shop and as far as I’m aware Gemma has never charged fans for images and is more than happy to pose for fans and sign autographs.”
He added: “Whilst I would love to give you a reply on the comments made by Alex Sibley, I am having great difficulty in recalling who he is.”
