Last week the 34-year-old won immunity from the upcoming eviction and she was excused from a task with Gillian McKeith because of ‘nausea’.

Angry CBB fans too to Twitter to insist producers had been involved in granting Gemma immunity, and hit out at them for letting her get out of the task.

Nutritionist Gillian was in the house to put certain celebrities on a strict detox, but said: “Gemma, honey, I wanted to pick you but you are ill.

“So I cannot pick you tonight. But I have got my eye on you, so get well soon.”

Christopher Maloney became the fifth person to be evicted from the house on Tuesday and, during his exit interview, he claimed Gemma had attempted to break out of the house via the fire exit FOUR times – when viewers have only seen it happen twice.

One Twitter user wrote: “Convinced it’s been fixed for Gemma Collins to win CBB. She’s done NO tasks, escaped 4 times & is now ‘too sick’ for detox. The show stinks! [sic].”

Another added: “So Gemma and Danniella [Westbrook] can break out, leave the house, then are allowed back in? BS. Fixed for Gemma to win. #CBB [sic].”

Another one angry viewer suggested the ‘truth’ would soon be revealed, writing: “When are people going to learn #CBB is fixed for Gemma to win? Other celebs won’t say until their pay cheques are in their bank accounts! [sic].”

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma was blasted earlier this week for her treatment of a hair stylist, who was brought into to give her a blow dry.

But when Gemma continually criticised his work and was seen yawning throughout, viewers once again took to Twitter to hit out at her.
