The Coronation Street actress previously revealed that she had to re-film a few scenes for Coronation Street after she had a huge wardrobe malfunction and now she's made us laugh on Instagram.

We regularly see the slim actress wearing tight dresses behind the bar in The Rovers on Coronation Street but during her teenage years, Catherine was a size 22 and weighed 15 stone.

The actress who has lost a lot of weight revealed, keeping fit "has to be a lifestyle. Diets do not work. Fact. I have done every diet going," she told the Mirror.

She also explained that after she first lost weight: "I was treated differently. I was always the fat, funny friend.

"[Men] all wanted to buy me a drink when I was slim but I said no. Because they didn't want to buy me one when I was fat."

And now the mum-of-one has joked about how much she previously weighed on Instagram.

The actress uploaded several videos of herself baking and in a couple of the videos a cardboard cut-out - of the actress at her previous weight - makes a guest appearance.

She captioned the first video: "Fat Cath tried to make a come-back #bakeoff"

She then uploaded another one with the caption: "#twocakes #bakeoff #fatcath"

And her followers found the funny side of the video too:

One person wrote: "IT'S BEHIND YOUUUUUUU!!!"

Another follower commented: "You're so lovely! You're my inspiration I'm fatsarah at the minute would love to see the back of her!!"

Soemone else wrote: "I was amazed when I heard that this perfect lady had the same issues some of us are facing. To see the way she looks now is a real inspiration."
