Celebrity Big Brother star Casey Batchelor has defended Protein World’s ‘Beach Body’ campaign, claiming that women have the right to work hard to achieve their dream bodies.

Speaking to The Mirror, the 30-year-old said: “Girls that look like that work their f_ing ae off in the gym. I work my a_*e off in the gym to look like this.

"If I'm slightly bigger then I get told, 'You're fat, you're this, you're that.' So they're quick enough to comment on it but they're quick enough to go and do something about it.

"I know some people are too busy to go to the gym and they have children and families and that's great, and everyone looks great in their own body.

"But some people want to look like that and they work hard to look like that.”

Casey the added: "Some of those people are just plain lazy and they don't want to eat healthy, so you can't really comment if that's the case."

Many people have been left divided by the Protein World adverts, but most agree that body shaming is a problem that most women encounter at some point in their lives.
