Taking to Instagram, Caroline Flack - who was notably absent from the weekend’s X Factor show - has shared a photo of her broken arm.
And - gulp - it definitely seemed to bend in all the wrong places.
“Shout out my broken arm,” she wrote in the caption.
She added, somewhat unnecessarily: “NO JOKE!”
“Apart from being run over by a taxi, today is going pretty smoothly,” she joked.
We wish Caroline a VERY speedy recovery!
