Here's a lesson to any guy who was thinking about trying his luck with Carol Vorderman - don't drink Baileys before flirting with her.
A Twitter user called Jon Huggans decided to show Carol, 56, some admiration by way of a suggestive tweet, but there was one problem: he got her name wrong.
"I wanna do things to you Caroline," wrote Jon, only to be shut down by the TV star.
"I think you're talking to someone else called Caroline," she responded. Cue hilarity among her followers.
"That's why Vorderman is a legend," said one user, impressed by her quick comeback.
Jon had an excuse for the slip-up, though: "I've had a Baileys and auto correct is on it tonight."
Jon's original failed chat-up line came as a response to Carol tweeting - at 1.36am - about insomnia.
But if his plan was to suggest that he'd like to entertain her while she struggled to sleep, it seriously backfired.
A fine example of why you should never drink and flirt.
