Her good friend Lauren, 28, put her foot in a cast after running it over.

Because nothing says 'I love you' like a broken foot, right?

Luckily Cara, 27, saw the funny side and posted a snap of her foot to Twitter.

She wrote: "Suppose it's a day in doors then… Thank you @LaurenGoodger for running my foot over."

Former TOWIE star Lauren is obviously feeling guilty about the accident as she quickly offered her services to Cara.

She responded: "@carakilbey nothing can be normal with us – like I said shout me if you need any running about… Loves ya #sorry #imsillycow [sic]."

Cara and Lauren recently enjoyed a night out together and proved to everyone just how close they are.

Taking to Instagram, Cara shared a snap of her and Lauren locking lips. She wrote: "Ooooohhhh I love her [sic]."

Hopefully that means Lauren didn't have to do too much grovelling to make up for her dodgy driving.
