The 26-year-old announced made the heartbreaking announcement last week that she'd miscarried five months into her pregnancy.
But Cara managed to hide her emotions today as she prepared to celebrate with her mum.
"Every single tweet or Instagram comment I has read today has helped me so so much… I am overwhelmed by the love from so many people. Thank you."
Cara's best friend and fellow former TOWIE star Billi Mucklow was one of the first send her condolences. She wrote: "Love you with all my heart."
Billi and Cara announced their pregnancy together, and she and partner Andy Carroll were thinking of their friends today.
"Thank you @BilliMucklow and @AndyTCarroll for our thoughtful presents. We heart you both," Cara tweeted.
