Cara De La Hoyde was forced to go into early labour after being diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia but that hasn't stopped her from working.
The Love Island star - from the 2016 series - shared a photo of herself doing a #ad on Instagram while she was in labour.
Sharing the gorgeous photo of herself wearing a Primark dress she wrote, "Here we go baby girl 💕 4cm and feeling super comfy & relaxed in my @primark nightdress ✨ ".
Err, obsessed.
Hundreds of her followers were obsessed with her still working with one person writing, "AN AD WHILE IN LABOR HELL YES GET THAT COIN BABY".
Another said, "Good on you girl 🙌 boss mama xx".
Someone else wrote, "Yes you legend".
Cara was quick to respond and joked, "Got two kids to feed 👍🏼🤣".
And even Cara's former BFF Olivia Bowen commented underneath the snap and said, "Yeasssss good luck boo! 💕💕💕".
Love Island fans were quick to send their well wishes with one person writing, "You're friend's again 😭 so happy about this".
Another wrote, "I am all for this rekindled friendship 💗".

Cara and Olivia were BFFs in the Love Island villa and remained pals after leaving the show but shortly before Olivia and Alex Bowen's wedding they fell out.
Cara was dropped as a bridesmaid after Olivia said she "couldn’t handle the pressure" but weeks later Cara spoke out and said it was a "massive shock" before going on to say she was unaware "that it was going to happen".
Following the fallout neither of them attended the others' wedding and last year Olivia threw shade at Love Island friendships.

Nathan has since revealed that Cara has given birth to their baby girl. He wrote on Instagram. "Welcome to the world our little princess!!!!
