Back in the mid noughties, the 34-year-old famous for his partying and being papped falling out of nightclubs.
Calum’s heavy drinking was triggered his dad George’s death, something which he took to Instagram to reflect on this week.
Sharing a snap of him in 2005 split with one of him now, Calum wrote: “A little ten year transformation!
“This was me the year my dad died in Dubai visiting my good friend Billie and her sons, I was such a lost mess!
“Took some time, highs and lows, but I couldn’t be more proud of how my life and health has turned out ! Onwards and upwards for the next ten. Much love [sic].”
Earlier this year, Calum appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and added to his already huge army of loyal fans.
He’s released a book about his relationship with football legend George and launched a range of fitness supplements, Best Life.
Ten years ago Calum was known for his womanising ways, and has been linked to stars including Lindsay Lohan and Sarah Harding.
But he’s even managed to shake off his love-rat reputation and settled down with girlfriend Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack.
