Bruce Jenner is being sued over fatal car crash

It’s reported Bruce Jenner is facing a wrongful death lawsuit after a fatal car crash in February.

Bruce – who last Friday gave an interview about his gender transition on ABC with Diane Sawyer – is allegedly being sued after the fatal crash which happened in February.

According to TMZ, the two stepchildren of the victim, Kim Howe, claiming Bruce was “careless and negligent” when his vehicle collided with Kim’s. Tragically, the collision saw Kim’s car pushed into on-coming traffic and she lost her life.

Shortly after the incident, video evidence emerged which claimed to put Bruce at fault however police are still investigating.

Following the accident, Bruce released a statement through his publicist.

It read: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.

“It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. 

“I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”

Bruce’s representatives have not yet commented on the new claims.
