According to Radar Online, the E! TV production group which has been following Bruce throughout his journey has stopped filming.

“There is no timetable for when Bruce will resume filming the docuseries,” an insider revealed.

“Obviously, it’s not the priority right now, given the severity of the situation that Bruce is facing. From a public relations standpoint, it would also be in very poor taste to be filming a reality show after Bruce was involved in the crash.”

They also claim that Bruce is considering putting his gender reassignment on hold.

The news comes as new video evidence emerged which could mean the reality star faces legal action, after the smash was caught on a mounted camera of a car passing by at the time of the incident.

The footage reportedly shows the 65-year-old father’s Cadillac Escalade smash into the back of the victim, Kim Howe's white Lexus, and a Toyota Prius.

If the video does indeed show this, prosecutors may be able to argue that Bruce was following the car too closely, and could leave him open to a vehicular manslaughter charge.

But things are yet unclear, as earlier reports suggested the Lexus had already smashed into the Prius in front of it, causing Jenner to smash into the back of it.

It has been confirmed that detectives have opened a vehicular homicide investigation. If any of the drivers are found criminally negligent, they could face up to six years in prison.
