After creating his own account, within hours Brooklyn already had over 12,000 followers, though his profile has yet to received that coveted blue tick.

Brooklyn’s bio, sadly, doesn’t give much away about his showbiz parents, reading simply: “Football is my life/also follow me on vine @brooklynjbeckham.”

The up-and-coming footballer has also followed mum Victoria’s best pal, Eva Longoria, but has yet to connect with his famous mum and dad on the social media site.

The youngster recently hit headlines after being involved in a car accident alongside David, but luckily the teen escaped unharmed whilst his dad had minor injuries to his shoulder.

A spokesperson for the family said: “Beckham and Brooklyn are lucky to be alive. It could have been a different story.”
