Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent has impressed fans with her latest Instagram photo
Dancing on Ice has returned and so far there's been reports that the contestants were struck down with the Australian flu, Candice Brown and her dance partner shared a kiss on stage and Kem Cetinay and Scarlett Moffatt left everyone wondering if they're dating.
Now, Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent who is also taking part in Dancing on Ice has shown off her impressive weight loss on Instagram and her followers have branded her an inspiration.

The 25-year-old actress shared a photo of her body before and after her weight loss and admitted that she felt emotional about the photos. She explained: "Here they are!! The before pictures that I’ve cried about, denied that I never looked like and wanted to delete or take again!!
"The fact is, these pictures make me feel such a certain way that I didn’t think I was brave enough to show these to friends and family never mind to the whole of social media."
In the brutally honest post, she went on to explain that social media, "is the place where everybody makes everybody makes out everything is so perfect.
"It’s in the comfort of having filters, effects, airbrushing tools that somehow we feel most at home, about showing everybody what we look like, when in reality it’s much different..."
Brooke then explained that it's what spurred her onto getting healthy, she explained that over 12 weeks she stopped smoking, began to eat healthier and managed to lose one stone.
She wrote: "[I've] changed the picture, to a healthier, more toned better version of myself. This picture is no way the finished product. It’s just what happens when you cut out all of the rubbish you eat, 🍔🍟🍕🥐🧀🌮🌯🍜🍫🍪🍩🍿🍭🥂🥡🚬"
"I’m not going to lie I’ve not been perfect, but taking out my smoking was the biggest health improvement I could have done. I never thought I would able to give up I really NEEDED something to turn to. [sic]"
"During those 12 weeks habits started to change and health started to improve. And now that I’ve actually completed it, I’m so proud of myself, mainly from the smoking aspect, but more so because I never thought I was strong enough to take something so seriously and stick it out.. This is my 12 week transformation."
She added: "So here I am a stone lighter smoke free and in that dress I bought at 19 grew out of and kept 'just in case' ❣

Someone else said: "You are gorgeous either way. You've clearly worked hard. Hope you feel better for it 😍"
Another commented: "I love everything that caption stands for ❣️"
A fourth added: "Well done you!!! A proper woman with such courage! I am the before - but far bigger - and I too have cried! But with hard work you’ve shown us we can do it! Today is the beginning xxx"
Dancing on Ice did return to ITV yesterday however viewers have to wait until this Sunday to see Brooke head onto the ice rink.
