Kim and Reggie dated for several years, and Kim regularly spoke about her wish to marry her footballer boyfriend.
The couple sadly split in 2010, and just one year later Kim was married to ex-husband Kris Humphries.
Reggie soon started dating Lilit- who has a startling resemblance to his ex- and the couple even have a baby daughter named Briseis.

Though Kim and Reggie have failed to maintain a friendship following their split, Kim’s stepbrother Brody has refused to end his own friendship with the athlete.
Though Brody attended Reggie’s wedding, he was a no show at Kim’s Italy wedding, choosing to host a party in Chicago instead.
Brody was reportedly upset that his girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter was left off of Kim’s guest list, so decided not to attend the wedding as a result.
