'Had a wonderful time riding around London on the tour bus this evening! It was freezing outside! Brrrr :)’
The famous singer – who recently admitted she loves Coronation Street – was spotted on a double decker in the capital yesterday.
The 31 year-old toured the capital’s most famous landmarks, including Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Parliament and Hyde Park.
The star didn’t have to mix with other tourists however, as her bus ride was a private promotional tour - the singer is in the country to promote her new record, due for release in December.
On Tuesday, the singer posted a picture of herself with ITV’s Alison Hammond, after an interview due to air on This Morning later this month.
She has been tweeting throughout her tour of what she described as ‘merry ole England’.
She also wrote: ‘Had a wonderful time riding around London on the tour bus this evening! It was freezing outside! Brrrr :)’
Earlier she had written: ‘UK!! I'm so excited to come visit London next week! Looking forward to seeing a few of my favorite peeps :)’
After a radio interview this morning, the American pop star has been accused of putting on a Brit accent.
It comes after she told her Twitter followers she was upset at missing Sunday’s Coronation Street special, before she touched down in the UK.
‘I am so upset I missed the Corrie special on TV!!!’ Britney posted on the social network.
